The web portal allows you to book your ride request online from your laptop, computer, and even your smart phone.
New and current riders are able to follow the link to the TAT Web Portal to register. Begin by clicking on first time on the login screen. You will be prompted to create a username and password then continue through the registration steps by entering your name, phone number, and address. Once all your information is entered you can begin making ride requests.
If you previously set up your username and password follow the link to TAT Web Portal and log into your account to: request a ride, edit a ride, or cancel a ride. You can even update your address or phone number on the web portal.
To receive notifications about web portal trips be sure to select the option on the left side of the screen. Select Update Portal Preference then select the box that says: send a notification email when I request a trip. By selecting this option you will receive an email when your ride has been approved/scheduled.
